Dinner with The Adviser

Language vitality. Language endangerment. Plurilingualism. Lies of the 1934-1935 Constitutional Convention.

After an interesting and informative conference and free public forum on the Language Diversity and Education for the Buwan ng Mga Wika, our adviser Sir Louward Zubiri treated us to a nice dinner in UP Diliman and shared more information on the different topics presented. The issue of language documentation and research in the Philippines, language education, the government system on policy making, social life and of course love life.

Sometimes you can really learn more about language, linguistics and politics when you have dinner and post-lecture series with your professor. I have learned a lot of new things and became updated with my classmates' social lives as well. Another dinner that you won't miss because they cannot be learned in a classroom.
